Shantanu has experience of over seven years in organization design, change management, strategic planning and leadership development. He has worked extensively with management tools, such as the Balanced Scorecard, Appreciative Inquiry and Scenario Planning. He has designed and delivered trainings in 17 countries and facilitated diverse audiences that represented over 100 nationalities and cultures. Shantanu prides himself on his ability to engage people and excite them to learn and challenge themselves.
Shantanu currently works for UBS, the world’s largest wealth manager, a premier asset manager and a global investment bank. He is currently involved in setting-up the Learning and Development function of UBS in Hyderabad, India.
The goal of “HR Masters” is to provide Ukrainian HR professionals working in international companies with foreign practical experience and knowledge and to create space for networking and ideas development.
